Ingredients

  • 1 oz yuzu juice or 2 tbsp/30 mL
  • 1 oz lemon juice or 2 tbsp/30 mL
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup or agave syrup
  • 1 sparkling water from a can or bottle
  • ice cubes
  • fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Whisk the yuzu juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup together in a tall glass.
  • Add the ice cubes to the glass, then top with sparkling water. Stir to combine.
  • Serve with fresh mint leaves on top or with a lemon wedge. Sip and enjoy!

Notes

In my experience, Yuzuco is the most consistently available brand of yuzu juice. I can usually find imported yuzu juice in Asian grocery stores, but the labels can be confusing and some are more concentrated/intense than others. This Yuzu Lemonade recipe was tested with Yuzuco (both the super juice and 100% juice) so ratios are based on that.
Adjust the intensity of sweet or sour flavors by adding more or less simple syrup.
