Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 4 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 medium banana
  • 4 oz vanilla yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp allspice

Instructions

  • Add ice to the blender so it rests on the bottom.
  • Measure all remaining ingredients into the blender, then cover with the lid and pulse to break up the ice. Continue blending until a smooth, creamy consistency forms.
